The following new types are added:

* `SOMAScene`
* `SOMAPointCloudDataFrame`
* `SOMAGeometryDataFrame`
* `SOMAMultiscaleImage`

The composite datatypes SOMAExperiment and SOMAMeasurement are modified to include new spatial components. Details regarding the operations on these new types will be left to a future PR.
