Hi! I'm interesting in reproducing your ELBO plot to determine the number of donors I have in a pool when demultiplexing without known donor genotypes, but instead thousand genomes reference. This plot is exactly what I'd like to produce for some new pools:
I've had no problems running on the command line to get results, but haven't been able to locate the ELBO metrics in the outputs - is it possible to get these from the command line run? One of the reasons I'd like to run on the command line is that I'd be running each N in parallel on a different computer as some of the settings were taking 18-24 hours to run on my test pool.
Thanks for your help!
