vim-taeguk critical bug founded!! And resolve successfully!

Sorry. Release Version v1.1 and v1.1.1 has a critical bug.
A bug is that install progress fails if you don't have existing ".vimrc" and ".vim" in your home directory.
If you install successfully, you don't need to concern about that.

I resolve this problem and release v1.1.2.
Specifications equals to v1.1.1

[minor] alert message when cannot run in update mode
"can run in update mode" -> "cannot run in update mode"
