Rollback sass from version 1.79.4 to 1.78.0. Versions above 1.78.0 of sass throw an error when using the JS sass API for building the kendo-themes docs:
There is a fix from sass regarding this error and it is supposed to be uploaded with 1.79.5 - https://github.com/sass/dart-sass/blob/5535d1f9a1272c7107bb55834ee504f11026b6c5/CHANGELOG.md
