What are HRSS, TRIMP, PSS, RSS, SSS?
They are stress scores. To understand them, open Elevate App, click Fitness Trend feature, and click on Fitness Trend help icon.

My form does not fall after an effort while my fitness and fatigue goes up... Why?!
This is the expected behaviour, your form will drop the day after your effort. Form = (Yesterday Fitness) - (Yesterday Fatigue). Open helper in fitness trend feature for more details.

My "Indoor Cycling" activities doesn't have PSS and no impulsion is shown in Fitness Trend... Why?!
This is a common issue. You have to make sure that these activities are flagged as "Indoor Cycling" in strava (like this). Otherwise power stream is not accessible, and PSS is not calculated. After setting the flag manually on your activities in strava, just perform a clear & re-sync activities in Elevate app. Problem should be fixed.
Also you may have an option on your GPS to set your training session as "Indoor". So when uploading to strava, the flag "Indoor Cycling" is automatically set.

I can't see my virtual rides in my year progressions. Why?
Please make sure you ticked VirtualRide in Activity Types selection fields.

I can't load anymore the zone settings menu, what can i do?
In Elevate app open the "Advanced menu" (accessible from 3 dots menu), then click "Reset zone settings".

My synced activities in Elevate don't match with Strava. How can I fix that?
Try to perform a "Sync all activities". Activities names, types and count will be updated on all your history.

Can I use Elevate extension with multiple Strava accounts on same computer?
Yes. By creating new local accounts in your browser. If using Chrome, take a look at this Google Chrome help page

Can I install Elevate extension in Firefox browser?
Not yet. It works but it's currently experimental.

Yes. Download the Opera extension from https://thomaschampagne.github.io/elevate/

Can I install Elevate into Safari, Edge, or Internet Explorer browsers?
No.

If problem persist. Try to uninstall and reinstall extension. A new and fresh installation can solve your problem.
