TypeScript + More configuration options

This release:

1. Converts the code from JavaScript to TypeScript.
2. Adds full TypeScript support.
3. Introduces new configuration options which allow setting custom scroll duration and scroll timing.
4. Introduces a way to specify custom easing functions.
