Make sure @brianthomas gets this change in the proofs. Elsevier will already be working on the proofs.

I just pushed this this morning to the publisher. Apparently Bob Mann didn't wait to hear back about reviewer 1 requested changes and pulled the trigger on publishing the article. I've worked with him to contact the typesetters and its being sent there directly.

Sorry I misunderstood that the final version was not yet submitted. It is not important to include this change so this can be ignored if it would delay the publishing processing.
