Bug fixes and improvements:

• Added configuration option billable.task_marker for being able to explicitly flag tag names. Fall back to the first tag with spaces between words. Fixes bug where tag order can mess up reporting due to having no control over tag order.
• Fixed a bug where report would throw a runtime exception while clock is running.
