trinomial-split

This will (eventually) be a little set of Python scripts to split up a Smithsonian Trinomial archaelogical site number into its constituent elements, and use those individual elements to look up the state and county the site number belongs to. The main goal of this project is for my own personal skill improvement in using both Python and Git.
