Proposal: Add hirsute to valid dists, and build sid as part of multidist

Add sid as part of multidist may be a good idea.

There're a few packages that I know will fail on Debian sid/testing. For example, building lomiri-uitk fails if -Werror is used (Qt 5.15 deprecations), and even without the test still fails (partially Qt 5.15 deprecations at least).

Thus, we need a system that would allow failure in some distribution. I would prefer reporting success/failure separately for each distro (and maybe for each arch), but that would mean some re-thinking about the Jenkinsfile. Another way would be to list some distro that can fail, or list some distro that must pass, in e.g. build-binary.sh. Although, this can lead to failure being unnoticed.
