gDAT

Next release of gDAT pipeline for Windows, macOS and Linux. Includes example datasets with manual and MaarjAM database. Added support to combine multiple Illumina run files from a folder, added support to use vsearch to pair reads and added support to use vsearch for conducting a global pairwise alignment search.

For installation and running the pipeline, unpack the contents and start up the program by double clicking "gdat.py". For Linux and macOS users, use "run.sh" or execute through terminal by going to correct folder and using "python gdat.py".

Make sure Python and tkinter are installed. Works with Python 2.6+ and Python 3+.
