Remember output directory

Thanks to @lestard we have a version that remembers the output directory you previously selected!

Scroll loader

It loads all activities while scrolling until 01/2015. No more the last 30 days!
Indicators whether it is busy loading or loaded all possible activities are there as well.
And, 0.1.3 is included in this one as well, you can enter in the login input fields to continue.

saved credentials

This version saves credentials to the keychain so you don't have to login every time
