Create a general plan of what to do for the day

Choose a specific task that you will do regurarly

As you do it day after day take a red marker and mark the day

Not breaking the chain will be motivating.

Every task should take 10 minutes

If it doesn't you should've broken it into smaller tasks

If it doesn't, there's a chance you should've delegated it
