0.0.4: Fix problems when not having any 3D objects

This release properly handles #2 and #3.

Before this release, the add-on only worked if you had more than zero 3D
objects, which is a silly restriction for a motion tracking add-on.

With this release, the add-on works as long as you have a movie clip, which
makes a lot more sense.
