Since an problem occurred in the Activation Server, it starts offline.

The popup as above can be ignored.

Enable completely offline usage when system is disconnect from Internet.

If you don't need to work offline, you can just ignore this update.

If you need it, go to the installation directory of CeVIO AI, rename CeVIO.ToolBarControl.dll.bak to CeVIO.ToolBarControl.dll. Then run the new patcher.

If you cannot find the file, just reinstall or fix the CeVIO AI and run the new patcher.
