Initial developments for YAC integration into cleo

This PR includes:

• Creation of a new library called coupldyn_yac, based on coupldyn_fromfile
• Creation of a new example called divfreemotion_yac, based on divfreemotion, to test the current integration (for now) as it evolves
• A python script to read the CLEO binary data and send it with YAC.
• Development of coupldyn_yac to receive press, temp, qvap, qcond from yac on a per timestep basis.

This serves as the base for the continuation of the development of coupldyn_yac to extend it to the wind fields.
Some things will be removed in the future.
