New Example for Time Varying 3-D Thermodynamics

• (non-physical) test case with time-varying heterogeneous thermodynamics which can be used to check YAC correctly communicates data read from binary files.
• Example has no sources of randomness.
• "timeseries_[XXX].png" plots all the thermodynamic fields at every coupling timestep for all the gridboxes in the domain.
• initial condition generation and plot of super-droplets' 2-D motion are not random.
