add cocogitto to CI in order to:

  • check commits conform to conventional commit upon git pushes
  • update changelog and make tag for version control upon pushes to main branch

Please note:

  • best to rebase and merge not merge to avoid unwanted merge commit.
  • unresolved how to handle auto-mated commits, e.g. merge and revert commits, which don't conform to convention.
  • ongoing issue with github cog-bot not finishing.
