show user picture grid instead of only user attendee list

people like to see who's in the call and since we will limit the video streams to the user that have talking permissions, you will only see a list of names for most users.

what about asking the user in the "setup room" to snap a photo and ask him/her if it's ok to show it to the others. If yes, show it, if now, choose random avatar.

Since you can't really show many pictures in a list, what about to show a grid of all heads underneath the video component? this way it would look like ONE BIG converence

It would be nice if @leandrolerena list component would be used (or at least inherited from it) for this and either show the list or the grid and be positioned in different places depending on what is shown... just an idea ;)
the controll of the speaking would be the same. people that would like to speak have a yellow border around them, if they are allowed they have a green one

And when you hover on the image it will show the video stream of this user instead of the picture 🤟
