macos_icon: Fix skewed logo for Spotlight/Finder

macOS icons were skewed for sizes 16x16, 32x32, 48x48 (see issue #1316 ), affecting their display in Spotlight and Finder.

A fixed `icon.icns` was built based on the icons in `build/icons` using the macOS-internal command `iconutil -c icns`.
