Original Source: Ensembl genes
Description: The Ensembl genes resource contains annotations on genomic sequence alignment with respect to the positions of genes and splice variants. Ensembl genes pulls sequence data from trusted public sources. The data are primarily from four vertebrate species, namely, human, mouse, rat, and zebrafish. The annotations are both automated and manually curated.
