Specifying OpenGL Version

The desired OpenGL version of a render context can be specified by using the OpenGLVersion of the OpenGL control. This is required to use some features of OpenGL 2.1 onwards. If an OpenGL 2.1 context is not available, then SharpGL will revert to using a 2.1 context.
