This PR updates the version of gaplint applied in the CI job to the most recent version, removes some unnecessary disable statements from the library, and updates
.gaplint.ymlto explicitly enable the 3 rules that are applied. This makes the gaplint setup in GAP more future proof (since we don't have to explicitly disable any new rules added in the future).
