Description

  • All of Us TDS IRC project with the Sinnot-Armstrong Lab requires the use of Sourmash
  • Only installable via conda, making sure to use miniforge (#ThanksConda)

Testing

  • Built locally and ensure that it was installed within the container

Pretty basic image and relatively short-staffed. Merging without additional review.
