Node Controller

• ☑️ GS1Germany Node is running on our Ubuntu16 + Node Controller
  • restart to be tested hopefully today
• Upstream contribution -> show our setup in contributors meeting on 2021-11-23
  • Until then: polish READMEs etc!
  • Advertise on 2021-11-09

  • Essentially extract docker-compose pull && docker-compose up -d docker scripts to node controller upgrade shell script

  • Could not reproduce the write consensus problem (mixed ledger up and running)
• Cristian discovered that the Ubuntu16 container is running libsodium18 (1.0.8) and the others are running libsodium23 ⚠️ 🎉
  • Write consensus problem reproducible with similar setup to https://github.com/IDunion/indy-node-container/pull/58

Security

The node keys handling is currently sub optimal (env variable). Should be improved to e.g. file based setup: https://github.com/IDunion/indy-node-container/issues/52
