This project provides a MEX File Function which allows to directly read and write CZI-documents.
It is based on libCZI.

This project provides a MEX-file for use with MATLAB and Octave.

Installing

Binaries for Windows-x64 and Linux-x64 are provided on the release-page here on GitHub.
For building from sources run cmake.
