WNN integration raise error while adding connectivities into mdata.obsp

Describe the bug
WNN integration will raise an error while try to add connectivities into mdata.obsp, seems it is caused by an attempt to check the size of a tube.

To Reproduce
I attached a demo notebook, the code and data is from original turorial
WNN.ipynb.zip

Expected behaviour
WNN integration works
