Consolidate various descriptions found for this plugin
- Voicemails are recorded to OpenVBX and Highrise.
- Incoming calls get recorded and noted to Highrise for known contacts.
- This will redirect incoming callers to OpenVBX users and will save the conversation in Highrise for known contacts.
