Allows a caller to search for users by dialing a few letters of the user's name. Once a user is selected the applet acts very much like the standard dial applet. Audio Sample of the plugin.

- http://openvbx.org/plugins/?p=2 doesn't have a link to the plugin. Can someone at Twilio set that to the link above?
The 'group' branch allows you to limit the directory to a specific group of users. Once the OpenVBX Group/User picker can be limited to only pick groups, this will be merged into the main branch.
