Report Explainer ‐ Transition Card Stakeholder Report

This report provides users with up-to-date stakeholder data for a selected Transition Card.
The report is exported as a .xlxs file, enabling data to be organised easily if required.
The Stakeholder Report enables users to view Transition data in four ways:
- Summary information
- Stakeholders by Organisation
- Stakeholders by Initiatives
- Organisations by Stakeholder Types
At the top of the report is a summary of the report details, which include the:
- Transition Card's name
- Wicked problem or opportunity being addressed
- Geographical community that is the focus of the transition card
- Date the report was generated
- Total number of Organisations that are partnering on initiatives in the selected Transition Card
- Total number of initiatives in the selected Transition Card
This section of the report lists Stakeholders by organisation across the columns and includes:
- All the Organisations partnering on initiative in the selected Transition Card
- The total number of initiatives each Organisation is partnering on
- The stakeholder types each Organisation is from, and
- All the initiatives each Organisation is partnering on
This section of the report lists Stakeholders across the columns by initiative and includes:
- All the initiatives in the selected Transition Card
- The total number partnering Organisations on each initiative
- The name of all the organisations partnering on each initiative
This section of the Stakeholder report lists across the columns by Stakeholder Types and includes:
- The list of the stakeholder types
- The total number organisations represented by that stakeholder type in the selected Transition Card
- The name of all the organisations in that stakeholder type
The Stakeholder Report might be used to:
- Identify organisations in the ecosystem partnering on multiple initiatives
- Identify stakeholder types that are highly engaged in the ecosystem
- Identify stakeholder types that are not engaged in the ecosystem
