User Guide SDGs ‐ Create a New SDGs Alignment Card

Select the SDGs Alignment Cards icon in the left-hand side navigation bar

Click on + Create New at the top of this new page
- In the next screen you will see a workflow for creating a SDGs Alignment Card, which includes:
- Step 1: Name the SDGs Alignment Card
- Step 2: Assign a Wicked Problem or Opportunity
- Step 3: Nominate the Community related to the Wicked Problem / Opportunity you are working with
- Step 4: Create and assign Initiative Targets within the Community that are working on the Wicked Problem / Opportunity
- Step 5: Preview and create.
- Enter the name of the SDGs Alignment Card and add a description in the boxes supplied
- Click Next to continue to the next step
Here you can either select a previously saved Wicked Problem / Opportunity or create a new Wicked Problem/ Opportunity
- Select a Wicked Problem / Opportunity from the pre-populated list, or
- To learn how to create a new Wicked Problem / Opportunity click here
- Click Next
Here you can either select a previously saved Community or create a new Community
- Select a Community from the pre-populated list, or
- To learn how to create a new Community click here
- Click Next
Here you will enter the details of the first Initiative
- Add the details outlined in Create an Initiative
- Once you have added an Initiative click Next
More Initiatives can be added to the SDGs Alignment Card after the card is created. Use the guide Creating Initiatives to learn how.
- The preview screen will allow you to review and edit the information you have entered before you create the SDGs Alignment Card
- Once you are happy select Create SDGs Alignment Card to complete the process
Next you'll be brought to the SDGs Alignment Card where you can begin mapping your Initiatives
