Updating

Updating to the latest stable version

Windows

If you are running VBIT2 on Windows, simply download vbit2.exe from the latest release and replace the existing file.

Raspberry Pi

If you are using a Raspberry Pi, select Update VBIT2 in vbit-config.

Alternatively you can run ./update.sh in the vbit2 directory manually.

If you are updating from a version earlier than 2.3.0 you should also run ./postupdate.sh which will upgrade your installation to use the new management scripts.
