Editing Multiple Works

This test assumes you have already uploaded a few files and are on the My Works Listing

Select 3 work using check-boxes next to the files
Click 'Edit Selected' to edit all work
- you should get redirected to "Batch Edit" page
- you should see the correct files list at the top of the page
Test the Metadata Tab
- Opened 'Creator' tab (repeat for all sections)
  - you should see a form with the existing Creators for the files filled in
    - this is a combined list, so if each file had a different creator you will see 3 creators in the list
- change creator name
- click save
  - you should see a spinning wheel while the changes are applied
  - you should then see Changes applied to all 3 files
- to test that you changes were applied search for the term you just added and make sure all you files are found
Test the Collaborators Tab
- Change to Penn State Visibility
  - go back to My Works
  - verify changes were applied to all 3 files
- Open a new batch edit page with the same three files
  - add an additional user with View/Download permissions and click "Save"
  - reload the page using the the browser and verify the new user has access
