QuickTime
QuickTime is a multimedia Framework by Apple Inc, originally released in 1991. Support for Windows ended in 2016, QuickTime 7.6.6 being the last release to run on Windows.

QuickTime was first available for Windows 3.1 under QuickTime 2.0. QuickTime 3.0 was the last version to support Windows 3.1, QuickTime 4.0 to 7.6.6 supported Windows 95 to Windows 7.

Since QuickTime 7 was never updated for 64 bit platforms, QuickTime X is the only version to support later versions of Mac OS X and MacOS 11. A version for MacOS 12 has not been announced yet, and compatibility is currently unknown.
