Here we are redoing some of the recently added postprocessing that was built for the MAZs and the TAZ2s at the TAZ1454 summary level. We want to add some new variables to the taz_summaries.csv files while keeping all the old ones (some names are similar so we need to keep the separate). The new vars are for the new synthetic population using PopulationSim. Some old variables will also continue to be used while others are only useful for the old PopSyn approach.
