I think we want to adapt the current PDA price shifter so that it can be applied anywhere in the region. I am hoping I can use this to ad hoc change a neighborhood (rarely) and to introduce a general upward shift in prices (so that UrbanSim prices reflect the cost of limited supply). Maybe this is also the first step toward running a version with no demand models. So:
- Shifters will be located in a table that is YEAR by TAZ2
- They will be multiplicative with 1 meaning no change
- Does this make sense?
