4. NEST 2.16 Release
   • created nest-2.16 release branch to Manually restored iaf_neuron from NEST 2.14.0.
   • plan is to merge 5g→master then master→nest-2.16
5. Comments to merges since last VC
   • Updated Topology User Manual for NEST 2.16 (#930)
   • Added test for spatial kernels in topology (#929)
   • Add gamma kernel in topology (#823)
   • Major change in the installation and testing of packages using multiple python versions (#789)
   • Remove assertion that argv[0] is a non-empty string in slistartup (#947)
   • and 5 minor merges… (typos, warnings, help)
