Here we discuss topics that need broader attention, for example questions that came up but are outside a single project's scope, larger planned changes/PRs that affect all teams or pending work that is blocked by external factors.

   • synapse creation code is being worked on, infrastructure for plasticity mechanisms
2. PyNEST
   • work ongoing

   • no updates
4. Installation
   • nothing to report, all pull-requests still pending reviews
   • looked into spack packages
   • installation instructions for NEST Desktop being updated
5. Infrastructure
   • started adding Arbor into the build/test matrix (#2076)
6. Documentation
   • noticed failing tests in untouched files, need to understand how this happens (PR #2010)
7. EBRAINS
   • nothing to report
   • brief discussion on EBRAINS service accounts
8. (Feature) Automated Testing
   • many changes in the testing system have been merged
   • Arbor back-end being added to the tests
9. (Feature) Extension Module System
   • work in progress, preparing for NEST 3.1
