Defeating surveyor now gets you a relic instead of technology.
Pops saved during "From Ashes" event chain should no longer fail to claim the planet and proclaim themselves pre-sapient.
Updated broken clock to accommodate changes in ringworld mechanics and maybe event prevent crashes. Changed habitats into mining habitats.

Agrarian Idyll: Abandoned farms are found on an otherwise uninhabited planet.
At Doom's Gate: A long abandoned facility filled with dead bodies is waiting for exploration.
Fossilized Skyscrapper: An ancient building is found on a tomb world.
Dead and Buried: A crashed spaceship is found buried on a planet.
Ghost Warship: A ship is found in a gas giant's orbit, the crew long dead.
Dotted: This asteroid has an unusual pattern on its surface
