Q : How many events and anomalies are there exactly ?
A : All of them
Q : You said there are over 40 anomalies, but how many exactly ?
A : ALL OF THEM
Q: How many is 'all of them'?
A: ALL OF THEM
Q: Ok but seriously, how many?
A: When we last counted, more than 40, but not enough to be the answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, The Universe, and Everything. That is to say, 41.
Q: When did you last count?
A: When we had exactly 41 events so we could make a bad joke in our FAQ
Q: Is the whole FAQ going to be like this?
A: Pretty much, yeah
Q: So are you actually going to answer any questions we care about?
A: Occasionally
Q : When will you release the next update?
A : SOON™
Q : ... when is soon?
A : Most likely sometime between 1 and 6 weeks. Unless it's been at least a week since our last release, in which case the answer might instead be Any Day Now™
Q : Is this mod compatible with X ?
A : Uh ... maybe?
Q : But ... I want to play this mod and X but I definitely don't want a broken game. So...?
A : It's extremely hard to check for compatibility unless the game completely breaks. So your guess is as good as ours. You can try asking in the discussion to see if someone else has tried it, but don't expect an official answer from the authors.
Q : That's not very helpful
A : We try really hard to make the mod as compatible as possible. We don't modify any vanilla files, we add the prefix "mem_" to our names so they don't conflict with other mods, etc. This mod is about as likely as any mod can be to play nice with others. We just don't know for certain until many people have tested it. So try out your mod combo, and let us know if there are issues!
Q : Is this mod compatible with the latest Stellaris release?
A : See above
Q : Seriously?
A : Does it say it's outdated? If not, you're fine
Q : It does say it's outdated, that's why I'm asking
A : Judging from past releases, it has some non-critical bugs but is mostly compatible. But it could be a complete disaster. Until we've done bugfixes and made a new release, we won't know for certain.
Q : Who are the members that have worked on this mod?
A : Yes
Q : Don't you want credit for your work?
A : Oh, right, yes we do. Check credits.txt in the root directory of the downloaded mod for an up-to-date list.
Q : Who's responsible for this disaster of an FAQ?
A : Not me
